My personal Health Crisis and How To Get Back To Optimal Health – Dr Mark Hyman

What does Dr Hyman do when he has his own health crisis

 

Even Dr Hyman has had his own health crisis, very recently in fact and it all started on holiday in New Zealand after a fall from a horse, breaking his arm, taking antibiotics……… and when you listen to this interview you will pick up some great, take home, health gems that will enable you on your wellness journey.

A health crisis can rare its ugly head at any time in our lives, it just needs the perfect storm to happen. So what do you do when all the normal “go to’s” just don’t work anymore!

The interview is also highlighting one of my top hates, the unnecessary over prescribing of cholesterol drugs, Statins -and  “the cholesterol debacle” with the most comprehensive and accurate procedure to identify good verses bad cholesterol. Watch out for this section in the interview and make a note if you have been told cholesterol is a problem for you, or you are taking them right now. This is vital information and it is best to be armed with this information.
